- 1. What types of fabric do you offer?
www.manhattanfabrics.com offers a veritable cornucopia of fabrics! Most of our fabrics come in limited quantities, from designers all over the world. We work with designers, both renowned and nouveau (as well as other fabric sources) to develop the best inventory possible. Simply put, we carry exclusive designer fabrics in varying quantities.
We have the finest and most comprehensive collection of silks, wools, linens, cottons and other blends of natural and synthetic fibers in retail and online fabric sales. Browse the site, and see for yourself!
- 2. Can I obtain swatches of a specific fabric that I viewed on the site? Can I request a swatch of something that I did not see?
Due to our limited inventory, we offer overnight shipping on samples. If you order a sample, we want you to receive it in enough time to order, while we still have stock in that item. Samples are free, and you will only incur the cost of the overnight shipping through UPS.

To request a swatch of something that you are interested in, but do not see on the site, please know that we have widely reaching resources. We can often obtain what you are looking for, even if we do not currently carry it. Simply email us at support@manhattanfabrics.com with as much specific information as possible about what you are looking for. Be sure to include your contact information so that we can respond.
- 3. Can I reorder more of the same fabric at another time?
Yes and no. As stated in question #1, we have limited supplies, and this is precisely what makes www.manhattanfabrics.com so special. Most likely, we are your last chance at reasonably obtaining these fabrics. In fact, many of these fabrics were never, and will never be sold retail anywhere else!
When you place your order, if you select a quantity of yardage that is more than what we currently have available, the computer will notify you immediately. If you think you might want to order more later and worry that there might not be enough, then please inquire with us as to further availability by email support@manhattanfabrics.com.
- 4. Do you have a retail store?
Yes, we do. We are very closely associated with Paron Fabrics. In keeping with Paron's policy, we do not normally run any sales, as our fabrics are already offered at value prices. However, we do offer exceptional value prices on certain fabrics all the time.
To find fabrics that have been further discounted from their original prices, simply look for the search for fabrics box. The search for fabrics box can be found at the top right hand corner of every page on the site. Click inside of the box, type the word "bargain", and hit enter to search. (Please keep in mind that this is not the only way to search for fabrics. You can search our catalog, or do an advanced search at any time. You may also use the aforementioned search for fabrics box for other broad searches using any key word you want.)
- 6. Do you carry sewing accessories other than fabric?
No, we currently do not carry other sewing notions or accessories. If you would like to see more of this type of item on the site, then please email us at support@manhattanfabrics.com. We always welcome your comments and suggestions.
- 7. Do you sell fabrics wholesale? Do you accept purchase orders for larger quantities? Can I purchase larger quantities for my business now and at a later date? Can these larger quantities be further discounted?

- 8. Do you accept returns?
As with most specially ordered products (altered in purchasing) cut to order fabrics are not returnable. If you have an exception to this policy, or a problem with your order, it must be brought to our attention within 30 days.
When it comes right down to it, at www.manhattanfabrics.com, no sale is ever final.
- 9. Does www.manhattanfabrics.com accept requests for donations? Do you make contributions to any charities?
We are always open to requests for donations to organizations. Please contact us with your request at support@manhattanfabrics.com. We do currently contribute to certain charities and are presently exploring the possibilities of partner charities to work with on a regular basis.
